This project is an ideal combination of quiet living in a green area with the city centre close at hand. We build development projects whose quality and facilities top the competition. 

The Stodůlky Apartment House will consist of 32 apartments with a layout ranging from 1 + kitchenette to 3 + kitchenette with living area sizes between 26 m2 and 89 m2, situated on five floors. The project also includes basement units and garage spaces located on the first underground floor, while there will also be several outdoor parking spaces.

Location

Stodůlky, a part of the municipal district of Prague 13 – Řeporyje, is an increasingly popular location for housing.
The surroundings full of greenery, especially the Central Park and the Prokopské and Dalejské údolí natural parks, ensure pleasant living, as well as excellent transport accessibility to the centre of Prague and full civic amenities even for residents who don’t own a car.
